Our week-long stay at Strathspey was absolutely wonderful. The house had everything we needed and the views from the garden were incredible. The house itself was warm and cozy, and the showers were fabulous. We loved that there were seafood and Indian takeaways within walking distance, and the local walks, including the forestry walk and Kyleakin castle ruins, were stunning.

This stylish home offers a jaw-dropping and unique experience with a stunning view from the living room. The breakfast was delicious and the hosts were warm and welcoming. I felt fully recharged and relaxed. Perfect location for exploring Isle of Skye and Eilean Donan Castle. The house was spacious and had all the amenities we needed, including free Wi-Fi, free parking, a dryer, electric kettle. The sitting room/diner felt bigger than expected. The owner was helpful in guiding us to the property. It felt like a cozy home rather than a vacation rental. The kids enjoyed the trampoline and swing, and we loved sitting outside for a beer. Close proximity to shops and an Indian restaurant. We discovered a beautiful beach behind the air strip on our last day. The hospitality at this accommodation is unparalleled, and I highly recommend it. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back.

Waking up to such a fine scenery made me feel completely rejuvenated. The house itself reminded me of a warm and cute home, and the spaciousness exceeded my expectations. I also appreciated the fully equipped kitchen, as I enjoy cooking during my travels. The location was perfect for exploring both the Isle of Skye and Eilean Donan Castle. The host, Laurie, was fantastic and even provided a generous welcome hamper. I highly recommend this hotel for its unique experience and convenient location.
Although there were no major complaints, finding the hotel initially was a bit tricky. it would have been nice to have a TV for entertainment, especially as a teenager was a part of our group.

We had a fantastic Christmas stay at this beautiful home. The views were absolutely incredible and made our time there extra special. The house was spacious and had everything we needed, which was great for entertaining our kids. We also appreciated the host's dining recommendations, especially the local takeaway options. The location was ideal, with a nearby supermarket just 5 minutes away and plenty of attractions on the Isle of Skye to explore. Our favorite spots were the Fairy Pools and the Coral Beach.
The lack of a TV, which would have been nice to have, especially for our teenager. we couldn't access the outside directly from the living room, even though there was a door.

The twin/double room at Strathspey was cozy and comfortable, with a seating area where I could relax and unwind after a long day. I loved having an electric kettle and a tea/coffee maker, making it easy to enjoy a cuppa anytime. The three bathrooms with showers and free toiletries were a fantastic convenience.
I personally found having only an electric kettle a drawback, but others might enjoy it.
